While generating key card we get the message "Service is closed at your terminal. Key Card not Generated."

While Generating Key card when you receive above message "Service is Closed at your terminal. Keycard not Generating" 


follow below provided steps.

1) Please check in system tray of windows, There should be our Keycard Service running. If not running then find pink round icon on desktop, right click on it  and start that as administrator.

2) After running the services if the same message appears, please check the ip address of the system (Is it Static or Dynamic-When a device is assigned a static IP address, the address does not change. Most client use dynamic IP addresses, which are assigned by the ISP and change over time. You can also check with client if he is using Dynamic or static ip address)

If its Dymanic , please check with client that he wants to use Key Card service and eZee Absolute on the same Machine.

If yes, the please configure the Loop back address in eZee Absolute, see the below screenshot. Log out from eZee Absolute front , start the services again and log in again. refer below attached screen shot.



In case of  Static Ip address then you can contact technical team.
