Reelo Integration with eZee Optimus

Why Loyalty is needed ? : Attracting and retaining clients for a better business prospect and goodwill.

How is it useful ? : By offering discounts, prizes and other rewards to maintain the clients and brand name.

Requirement for the Integration.

The Client should have an Reelo Account : https://app.reelo.io/login

Please follow the below steps to complete the integration.

Step 1: Create Four discounts in Optimus:

1. Create bulk item discount (Percentage & Amount)
   • Bulk Item Discount In Percentage
   • Bulk Item Discount In Amount
2. Create order level discount (Percentage & Amount)
   • Order Level Discount In Percentage
   • Order Level Discount In Amount

Step 2: Map The Discount With Loyalty Program in Outlet

Steps to be performed in Reelo for Merchant ID/ Integration

Login into Reelo account : https://app.reelo.io/login?_ga=2.110377989.1097765574.1645639575-866558652.1645639575

Go to Add Customers >> Integrated POS >> Select eZee

Copy the Merchant ID (Reelo Key) & Click on Complete the

Step 3 : Sync Menu from Outlet >> Loyalty Settings

After The Integration, The ‘Reward’ Option Will Get Activated, which you can see in order screen.

While Taking Order Two Things Are Mandatory To Be Filled Out

1. Guest Name
2. Guest Mobile Number (Registered With Reelo)

Click On Reward To Check The Coupons Available For The Customer

Select Reward >> Click on Apply to Redeem reward.

Here you can see the applied discount (reward) after adding item in order.

Open Reelo account to see your coupon applied and the sales done (Reward Points)

HOW TO CREATE COUPONS IN REELO ?

We have to decide that 1 point will be equal to how much in amount.

Select the Reward logic according to your requirement.

Write the Reward name of your choice
