How to connect Hotelbeds?

Get Login details from the client.

Send switching request email to HotelBeds at hotelconnect@hotelbeds.com with below syntex.

Subject: [Property Name] - XML connection Request

Content:

Hello Hotelbeds,

This is [agent name] from eZee Technosys looking after channel interface of our web based PMS.

I want to connect the hotel belonging to this User name (username/ID) to HIS and BMS.

Looking forward to your kind and earliest reply.

When you get reply from HotelBeds, with the help of scrapping link add Credentials details.

Use XML Username as Hotel ID, Password as a/c password, Channel Hotel Code as Hotel Code (In above SS) and APT Key as API key (in SS).
Ask client for which rate type he wants to send Net or Sell.

For the mapping with HotelBeds use same Scrapping link and copy past Rate Code and Room Code in the Rate Plan Map ID and Room Type Map ID respectively.
we did not manage FIT-RO contract code, only BAR-BB contract code we manage. If client want to manage FIT-RO then also map them. For that need to ask client first
Other Setting and Occupancy Setting

Other Setting:

if we map FIT-RO contract then only inventory is managed, so need to check mark Only.
Enter Contract code in the respective rate plan.

Occupancy Setting: Set Base occupancy and Max occupancy. Base occupancy you can get from eZee Rate plan’s Base adult and Max you can get from occupancy (Ex: in below image there is 2 occupancy, so we set max occupancy as 2)

After all setting push live update for 2 days and see if any error is coming or not. If there is any error for occupancy then need to check your occupancy setting, if you successfully complete push data, ask client for confirm connection.

After the confirmation rates, push data for Inventory, Rates, Min Night and Stop sell for all other months.
