How to void a settle receipt/order and get void order report in eZee Optimus?

eZee Optimus >> Order summary >> Completed order

Privilege:
eZee Optimus >> Go to Back >> Setting >> User >> Privilleges >> Front Operation >> Void Order.

How to Access?
Please follow the below steps.

Switch to Back >> Masters >> Reason >> Click on “+” sign to add new reason >>Select void order for type of reason >> Save

Step 1: Go to Order Summary and Click on the Settled Order icon as per the below screenshot.

Step 2: Select the order which you want to void and click on void button as it’s shown in the below screenshot.

Step 3: Select any one Option Void Or Wastage (Void: Incase the item is not prepared and Wastage: Incase the item is prepared).

Step 4: Select reason or add Manual reason to select for Void receipt.

Step 5: The void order list can be viewed from the order summary following the below screenshot.
