Item name is not visible for my one user but when we login with other user system allow me to view menu items. How it's possible?

For this client query check with Menu item configuration and User privileges. In Menu item when item name is not display refer attached screenshot.


For this client query check user privileges where menu item privilege is selected with "Alternate" 


and configure menu item alternate name is blank.
