Yes, it's possible to change or modify item name at the time of order which is not available in your menu. This new feature of “Open Item” provides you a facility to ask for Item Name of order or modify it later. This modified name will be displayed in Order Screen, receipt and Kitchen Order ticket only.
1) Switch to back and select Item from menu tab.
2) Check "Open item" option available while adding new item or Edit that item to change item name after adding that item in order list and click on edit button or save button.
3) Relogin with eZee Optimus front >> take orders >> click on finish button >> recall that order and click on that item you will get "Change Name" button available. Refer below screenshot for your reference.
