How to connect Booking.com?

  • Ask Client to perform first 3 steps

  1. Select ‘Account’ Tab and click on ‘Channel Manager’ link. In that click on ‘Start’ to proceed with the interface of the channel manager.

  2. Type ‘eZee’ and select ‘eZee Technosys’ in the search box for searching the providers.

  3. Once ‘eZee Technosys’ is selected, it automatically selects the 'Two way connection'.  Now Click on 'Next'.

  4. Now Tick on check box and Click on ‘Accept ‘

  5. You need to perform 4th and 5th steps from Booking.com extranet -> Property info. -> channel manager as per showing in below screen shot

  • When client confirm about steps you can find property in our group login, Enable booking.com OTA with our group logins

  1. For booking.com we generally send Net Rate, you can ask client for which rate type he wants to send Net or Sell.

  2. Do mapping with eZee Rate plan and Booking.com extranet rate plan. Click on Fetch Room Mapping Information then from the Synchronise mapping do the  mapping.


  3. Confirm connection of eZee and property booking.com extranet from our side. We have received an email for accept connection in our cm@ezeetechnosys.com with Subject “Request of ‘Property name (property booking.com code)’ for a direct connection with eZee

  4. Click on Click Here option in the email and you get below screen, Confirm connection.


  5. After confirm connection, all property data erased from booking.com extranet, so you have to inform client soon to perform steps 4 & 5.

  6. Client confirm about steps then you can do other setting and occupancy setting if apply.

    If on Booking.com property have single use option active then you need to check mark Single Use option in the Other setting

    If single use option is active on booking.com it will show rates like below screen-shot.

    If there is occupancy wise pricing then you need to setup occupancy setting.
    You need to set occupancy as per your Base and max occupancy.

  7. After all setting push live update for 2 days and see if any error is coming or not. If there is any error for occupancy then need to check your occupancy setting, if  you successfully complete push data, ask client for confirm connection.

  1. After the confirmation rates, push data for Inventory, Rates, Min Night and Stop sell for all other months.
