When does the Cancellation Reflect in Channel Manager?
Recently I come across one Scenario where 1 Booking which was cancelled from Expedia did not come in Channel Manager, this case was reported by One of Our Partner. After Investigating this case we found that if the guest cancels outside the cancellation policy and their is no penalty on Cancellations then cancellation is sent to PMS. If the guest cancels inside the window and there is a penalty. Cancellation is not sent to PMS, and the guest is supposed to no-show.
