How To Create Order Modify Reasons For Dine-In Orders?

To modify an order in eZee Optimus and provide a reason for it follow the below steps:

Step (1):- First switch to the back end. Go to the master tab and select the reason option. Click on the “+” sign to add reasons according to your requirements. Select the “Void order item” option to create reasons for modifying orders.

Step (2):-After saving the order if you will delete any item from the running order then it will allow you to add the reason for that.
