How to connect Travel Guru?

Ask hotelier to send Switching request to Travel Guru/Yatra. Send an email to tgconnect@travelguru.com with below syntax.

Subject: Switching request - [Property name]

Content:

Hello Travelguru,

I would request you switch below mention property to XML.

Property Name: [Property name]
Property Code: [Extranet property code]

When hotelier update you for switching request done, Use client extranet username and password to make connection from distribution --> Setting --> In Channel Credentials select TravelguruXMLAsk client for which rate type he wants to send Net or Sell
Do mapping with eZee Rate plan and Travel Guru extranet rate plan. Click on Fetch Room Mapping Information then from the Synchronize mapping do the mapping.

Some time rate plan validity get expired or change so we get issue of not getting bookings, to avoid these type of issue check mark Is-package option.
For occupancy, we do not set occupancy for travel guru/yatra, need to create different rate plan for different occupancy.
After all setting push live update for 2 days and see if any error is coming or not. If there is any error for occupancy then need to check your occupancy setting, if you successfully complete push data, ask client for confirm connection.

After the confirmation rates, push data for Inventory, Rates, Min Night and Stop sell for all other months.
