Can we reset eZee Optimus POS Password?

Yes,

Admin user can reset other user password as well as admin password and even other user can change their own user password from switching back and following below mentions steps.


Once you switch back and click on user name available at top right of your screen you can view option available "Change Password" it will redirect you to password change window.





Note : If it's required to reset admin password then due to security reason it must be send and email to cm@ezeetechnosys.com and  for user require to check with Restaurant administrator. we are not authorized to reset user password.
