We can customized receipt as well as KOT Template in eZee Optimus POS system by switching back to eZee Optimus POS system. Once you switch back to eZee Optimus select setting button available under Settings >> Printing Templates tab.
In printing template configuration there are several design areas to configure printing template like Header, Item detail, Extra charge Detail etc. Select that Design area by clicking on that heading.
Once you select that area where you want to make a change and add placeholder like Line, 1 Column, 2 Column etc. available at top of configuring the template. Once you add placeholder it will display available tags and that tag property.
Once you configured click edit button to set that setting for printing template.
