Well, it is pretty much straight forward as the name suggests,
- Available Rooms shows the available inventory for the respective Dates
- Night Sold, means the number of nights sold on that day i.e, number of Rooms for Night Stay
- Complimentary column shows if any room was offered as complimentary on that day.i.e. if the room charges are offered as 'Zero'
- 'Occ%' shows the Occupancy on that day.
- 'ADR'(Average daily Revenue) indicates Average Daily Rate. It Calculates the ADR as Room charges/Night Sold.
- RevPar can be calculated as RoomCharges/Available Rooms.
- Pax identifies the number of Occupancy for that day.
- Receipt, as the name suggests, is the Folio Balance Received for a particular Transaction.
- Total Room Revenue = Night sold +cencellation +No Show Revenue.
- Total Room Sold = Night Sold +Day Use+Complementory Rooms.
