Steps to get license information in eZee FrontDesk 7.0.

Step 1: Open the License Window

1. Click the three-dot menu on the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Select License from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Open License Information Tab

• A new window will appear.

• Double-click on License Information to view details.

Step 3: Copy and Share the License Information

• You will see the Session ID, Machine ID, No. of Rooms, and Property Name.

• Copy these details and share them with the support team.

✅ What to share with support:

Please copy and paste the following from the License Information section:

• Session ID

• Machine ID

• No. of Rooms

• Property Name

Once shared, the support team will proceed with license generation and share License Room Key with you to enter.
