How to extract guest database for marketing or promotional email/SMS in eZee Optimus?

What is Guest Database?
Guest Database contains guest name, address, mobile no. and email address. You can send email and SMS for marketing or promotional activity of the POS.

Location:
eZee Optimus >> Switch to Back >> Master >> Guest Database

Prerequisite:
eZee Optimus >> Switch to Back >> Settings >> Email/SMS Providers

How to access:
Please refer below screenshots for promotional email

Step 1: Add Email Template
eZee Optimus >> Switch to Back >> Settings >> Email/SMS Template

Step 2: Set notification settings
