How To Delete A Payment Type?

In Optimus, you cannot delete any payment type if it is already used in any transaction because it will be already used up in records.

However, you can inactivate the payment type from the back end so that it will not be visible up in the front.

Let's find out how to inactivate the payment type in eZee Optimus:-

To inactivate a payment type, First switch to the back-end settings.

In the back-end settings, Under the master tab go to the payment option. Click on the green circle of the payment type that you want to inactivate. So that the payment option will be inactivated and won’t be visible while settling an order in the front.
