What is Open Item?
Open Item is an item whose name and price can be changed, not exist to menu items.
Location:
eZee Optimus >> Go to Back >> Outlet >> Item >> Add Menu item
User Privilege:
Go to Back >> Settings >> User Role >> Edit User >> Privilege >> Items
How to Access:
Please find the below steps for making an item open
Screenshot 1: Add menu item as open Item and checkmark on ASK name, Item Name can be changed, You may refer the below screenshot for the same.
Screenshot 2: Checkmark on Open Price, Item Price can be changed under price range.
Screenshot 3: Now Go to the front and take order with open item, you can change item name
