This Bluetooth printing will work in Rapid Serve App only, it will not work in the web version.
Using the Bluetooth printer we can print Receipts/KOT from RapidServe application.
By this integration Receipts/KOT prints will be faster and it will be also useful to the user to print directly from handheld devices such as tablets and phones. User does not have to depend on Optimus Print Service (EOP).
Here are the steps to configure the Bluetooth printer in optimus.
Below are the steps to configure the Bluetooth printer for RapidServe.
1) Goto Back office >> Terminal >> Add Terminal.
2) Provide a name for the Terminal, Click on + icon to add a device.
3) Select “Bluetooth” in connection type and enter the required details for the printer.
4) Save the details.
5) Logout from the Application and re-login and check printing.
