How to connect Expedia?

  • Ask Client to perform 2 steps.

    Login to Expedia Extranet, And follow as per the Highlighted screen shot.

  1. Go to "Rooms and Rates" tab & click on "Expedia Connectivity Settings"

  2. Now in the drag-down of "System Provider" select "eZee Absolute" & click on "Submit".

    If you are facing any error while performing above steps then kindly fill up Hotel Expedia form with an email and send it to rollout@expedia.com. As soon as you send this document to Expedia they will enable the connection with eZee.


  • When client confirm about steps, we received one email from the Expedia with Subject: “EQC ARBR Connected for Marcia Suites(Expedia Hotel Code)”  You find Username and Password for property in that email. Use that details for expedia connection.

    For Expedia we generally send Net Rate, you can ask client for which rate type he wants to send Net or Sell. Create City ledger account for Expedia and set it as city ledger account in settings.


  • Do mapping with eZee Rate plan and Expedia extranet rate plan. Click on Fetch Room Mapping Information then from the Synchronise mapping do the mapping.

    For Expedia we always manage Standalone rate type, so only map with Standalone rate type. If hotelier want to manage ‘Package’ rate types as well then get package rate plan details and create new rate plans for Expedia package and map from here.


  • After mapping set occupancy setting and other setting.

  1. Other setting: If property is selling room wise then check mark Room Base Pricing. If client want to manage inventory only from eZee Channel manager then check mark Only Inv. Update

  2. Occupancy Setting: Set Base occupancy and Max occupancy. Base occupancy you can get from eZee Rate plan’s Base adult and Max you can get from occupancy (Ex: in below image there is 2 occupancy, so we set max occupancy as 2)


  • After all setting push live update for 2 days and see if any error is coming or not. If there is any error for occupancy then need to check your occupancy setting, if you successfully complete push data, ask client for confirm connection.

    After the confirmation rates, push data for Inventory, Rates, Min Night and Stop sell for all other months.
