How to connect Ctrip?

  • Send Switching request to CTrip. Send an email to connectivity@ctrip.com with below syntax.

    Subject: XML Switch Request [Provider : eZee Technosys] -Ctrip

    Content:

    Hello Ctrip Team,

    Kindly make a Two-way connection for a below-mentioned property with eZee Channel Manager.

    Property Name: [Property name]
    Property Code: [Extranet property code]

    Looking forward your kind reply.


  1. When you received update for switching request done, Use client extranet username and password to make connection from distribution --> Setting --> In Channel Credentials select CTrip.

    Ask client for which rate type he wants to send Net or Sell.

  2. Do mapping with eZee Rate plan and Clear Trip extranet rate plan. Click on Fetch Room Mapping Information then from the Synchronise mapping do the mapping.


  3. Other Setting & Occupancy Setting:

  1. Other settings: If there is breakfast is true then select True in first dropdown and enter Number of Breakfast in the Number of Breakfast field



  2. Occupancy setting: Occupancy Setting: Set Base occupancy and Max occupancy. Base occupancy you can get from eZee Rate plan’s Base adult and Max you can get from occupancy (Ex: in below image there is 2 occupancy, so we set max occupancy as 2)

  3. After all setting push live update for 2 days and see if any error is coming or not. If there is any error for occupancy then need to check your occupancy setting, if you successfully complete push data, ask client for confirm connection.


    After the confirmation rates, push data for Inventory, Rates, Min Night and Stop sell for all other months.
