How to connect HostelWorld?

When you received update for switching request done, Use client extranet username and password to make connection from distribution --> Setting --> In Channel Credentials select ClrearTripXML.Always create Travel Agent and assign it as City Ledger account.

Ask client for which rate type he wants to send Net or Sell.

Do mapping with eZee Rate plan and Clear Trip extranet rate plan. Click on Fetch Room Mapping Information then from the Synchronise mapping do the mapping.

Occupancy setting: HostelWorld channel is working based on Bed, means how many beds in one room. i.e...This property has some private rooms and some bedwise rooms (dorm).Private room has base rates for whole room type where as dorm has rates per bedwise. In that case we can configured occupancy setting as per shown in Image below

If you see we have configure base and max occupancy is 1 for '8 bed female dorm' which takes base price as single bed and it'll increase price from extra adult price for 2nd bed, 3rd bed and so on.

For private room we are setting up total occupancy of room on base and max occupancy which is 2 here for double room.

After all setting push live update for 2 days and see if any error is coming or not. If there is any error for occupancy then need to check your occupancy setting, if you successfully complete push data, ask client for confirm connection.

After the confirmation rates, push data for Inventory, Rates, Min Night and Stop sell for all other months.
