How to connect Clear Trip?

  • Send Switching request to Clear Trip. Send an email to hotel.support@cleartrip.com with below syntax.

    Subject: Switch to Cleartrip XML : [Hotel Name_Extranet Hotel Code]

    Content:

    Hello Cleartrip,

    Please enable below mentioned property on XML API with eZee Technosys.

    Property Name: [Property name]
    Property Code: [Extranet property code]

    Looking forward your kind reply.

  1. When you received update for switching request done, Use client extranet username and password to make connection from distribution --> Setting --> In Channel Credentials select ClrearTripXML.

    Ask client for which rate type he wants to send Net or Sell


  2. Do mapping with eZee Rate plan and Clear Trip extranet rate plan. Click on Fetch Room Mapping Information then from the Synchronise mapping do the mapping.

  3. Occupancy setting


  4. After all setting push live update for 2 days and see if any error is coming or not. If there is any error for occupancy then need to check your occupancy setting, if you successfully complete push data, ask client for confirm connection.


    After the confirmation rates, push data for Inventory, Rates, Min Night and Stop sell for all other months.
