Send Switching request to Agoda, connect client Agoda a/c with our group a/c.
Send an email to bd-connectivity@agoda.com with below syntax.
Subject: AGODA:-YCS 5 XML Switch Request [Provider : eZee Technosys] GCC Northside Hotel (Hotel ID: 532365 )

Hello Agoda,
As we are ready with YCS 5 So kindly switch the following property to XML with eZee Technosys Channel Manager.
Property Name: [Hotel Name]
Property Code: [Agoda Hotel Code]

When we get reply from Agoda for our Switching request, Use our Group XML username and password to make connection from distribution --> Setting --> In Channel Credentials select Agoda.
For Agoda we generally send Sell Rate, you can ask client for which rate type he wants to send Net or Sell.Do mapping with eZee Rate plan and Agoda extranet rate plan. Click on Fetch Room Mapping Information then from the Synchronise mapping do the mapping.
After mapping set occupancy setting and other setting.
Other setting:
If breakfast is including in rate type then check mark Breakfast Inc.
If there are extra adult rate on Agoda extranet (refer SS) then need to check mark Max Adult option
Occupancy Setting: Set Base occupancy and Max occupancy. Base occupancy you can get from eZee Rate plan’s Base adult and Max you can get from Extranet
If ExtraBed is more then 0 : Max occupancy = Maxoccupancy - ExtraBed. also check mark Max Bed in Other setting
If ExtraBed is 0 : Max occupancy = Maxoccupancy.
After all setting push live update for 2 days and see if any error is coming or not. If there is any error for occupancy then need to check your occupancy setting, if you successfully complete push data, ask client for confirm connection.
After the confirmation rates, push data for Inventory, Rates, Min Night and Stop sell for all other months.
