How to schedule pre-arrival email from Email Marketing & Scheduling?

Pre-Arrival


Select type as pre-arrival and Subject line, You can blank template or copy from existing one


 

Design your template from Email Body, there are predefine Tag with {} for different fields. You can use those tags in your body to fetch data automatically.

ex: if I will use {name}, it will take a guest name automatically when an email is sent.

 


 

 

At last, you can schedule your email to depend on your booking arrival date or reservation date.

 


 

 

  1. Before Arrival Date: If you need to send some information before guest arrival, you can select this option and define days at the bottom, so the system will send this email to the guest before define days.
  2.  After Reservation Date: If you need to send some information after guest booked, you can select this option and define days at the bottom, so the system will send this email to the guest after define days


Save for later will draft your template.


Note: Define 0 will send an email after booking or on arrival date for both options.


Also, select an email to put in cc and bcc.

 

You can save this template and it starts working on sending an email upon define scheduling.
