A system shows this message for below reasons:
1) If two users try to open/work on same transaction/room at same time.
2) Your transaction/room is open and you directly close the browser/Tab.
Now, please follow the screenshot to solve the same.
Once you click on Net Locks, you will find below. Just select the room/transaction and click on Unlock.
Now, you will be open/edit the transaction.
