What if you have made "Apply always" extra charges but it is applied on the billing page?
-If you see this issue for the booking engine, Please ask the Technical Team to enable the setting "External facility" from the backend.
Once extra charges setting is activated, then extra charges will be applied for more than two-room bookings.
Please see the below screenshot, Booking for two rooms, Tourism Fee is an extra charge which is available in the system but not applicable in the billing page >> Price Breakdown / Rate Details.
After Enabling the Setting, Tourism fee will be applicable :
