How to specify selected rate plan toTravel Agent : Khemchand (30/05/2017)

1) Enable the “Travel Agent Registration" from Settings--> Property -->Booking Page --> Visibility Settings.

2) Now go to booking engine page & Register the Travel Agent as per below screen shot:-

3) Once you register the Travel Agent then go to  MASTER-> TRAVEL AGENT. Select Waiting authorization as per below the screen shot: 

                   1.) Select Waiting authorization

              2.) Click on Authorization. Then enter the % in the Box and Click on Authorize.

  3.) Once the above steps are performed then the system will send you an email, which includes Travel Agent & Login Details.

4) Once the Travel Agent is Authorized, then go to MASTER--> MANAGE ROOM--> RATE PLAN & Whatever rate plan you want to show for the specific Travel Agent then do it as per the below screen shot :

Then Login with the Travel Agent Login Details, then you'll be able to view the selected Rate Plan on the Booking Engine with the Applied Discount.
