If Inventory is there and there is no stop sell, but still Rate plan is not Showing on Booking Engine (Chirag 29-05-2017)

Qs 1) If Inventory is there and there is no stop sell, but still the Rate plan is not showing on the Booking Engine.


In order to check this, go to Monthly Deals and check if the Inventory, Stop Sell, Close on Depart, Close on Arrival are enabled or not.


If Inventory, Stop Sell, Close on Depart, Close on Arrival are correct and updated, then Go to Room Types and check "Inventory to be displayed on Booking Engine" and check if there's any value-added or it's blank. If the client wants to restrict the inventory then add the Value in "Inventory to be displayed on Booking Engine".



If the "Inventory to be displayed on Booking Engine" correct then go to Rate Plan and check whether the Max Occupancy is set correctly.



If the Occupancy setting is correct then go to the setting->property->Booking page->Max occupancy. (It should be enabled)




If the Occupancy setting is enabled ton the Setting-->Property then go to the Widget->Booking Engine Setting->Run the system and make a change in Max occupancy.



If all the above settings and steps are correct than the Rate Plan will be visible on the Booking Engine.
