How to define Deposit from guest for "Booking engine" Bookings?

Do we have a feature where the hotelier can take a deposit from the guest for Booking which comes from "Bookings Engine"?

-Yes, We have a feature where hoteliers can take a deposit from a guest for "Booking engine" Bookings. You can find this setting by referring to the below steps:

Login to the eZee Reservation >> Property Setup >> Billing & Booking Policy >> Set Deposit per night or per percentage. [Please refer to the below screenshot for your reference.] >> Click On Edit to Save.

Please note that to set a deposit tab, the Payment gateway should be enabled for the Associated property.
